What is your turnaround time after we receive the bouquet?

At Florissants we dedicate meticulously preserving each flower, petal, leaf, and stem trying to keep color, and shape. Our processing time typically from 8 to 12 weeks, though it may extend during busy seasons. Please remember that the preservation process cannot be rushed, as contributes to the uniqueness of your handmade artwork.

Why is a deposit required?
​
We understand that, regardless of the occasion for these flowers, you likely have many other expenses. However, like any other wedding vendor, we require a 20% deposit to secure a spot in our presses and our calendar for creating your frame. This ensures that we can allocate the necessary time and resources while also protecting our business in case you choose not to proceed, as we may have turned away other clients to accommodate your order.
How do I get my flowers to you?

Once you’ve contacted us and we’ve confirmed the date and location of your event, we make sure you have someone available to pick up your bouquet at your Venue or drop off with your wedding planner and they will take care of Bouquet the same day of your wedding to start preserving it next day in order to get the best condition of your flowers

​Do flower Colors Change?
​
Florissants are committed to preserving flowers in their most natural state and inevitably some color changes and fading will naturally occur in your final piece.
With time, all flowers will naturally lose some of their color, even when securely enclosed in a frame

We recommend choosing a darker frame—like natural wood, walnut brown, or sleek black—since white frames tend to highlight the fading of white flowers over time.

Shipping artwork on fames of dried flower and resin from Mexico to the United States requires careful attention to packaging to ensure safe delivery. Due to the delicate nature of the materials, each frame is carefully wrapped and secured with protective materials such as bubble wrap This protects the items from impact, humidity, and temperature changes during the journey for the safe arrival of your package. however some small part of the flower, leaf or foliage may move within the frames given the nature of dried flowers. Shipping cost to anywhere in the United States is $100 USD.
